授業テーマ	From Paragraph to Essay
授業のねらい・到達目標	Students are asked to write a short paragraph every week o various subjets in various ways. Using a textbook which explains how to write things effectively, students should learn techniques of essay writing and achieve their own ways of writing.
授業の方法	Using a textook, students should understand various ways of writing. tey are asked to answer questions in the textbook and then write a paragraph on a topic of the week. They should submit the paper, which shall be given back to them with comments next week.
履修条件	・同一教員・同一時限で前期と後期を対にして履修すること。・後期のみの受講希望者も必ず「前期」の初回授業に参加し、履修の許可を得た上で、後期に履修登録すること。前期の初回授業時に受講希望者が定員を超過した場合、人数調整をする。
