| 授業概要 | The purpose of this course is to learn how to research a company for employment purposes. |
| 授業のねらい・到達目標 | The Can-Do Statements for this course are: I can research a company, its products and services, its people, and a job opportunity in English. 以下のことについて英語で調べることができる：会社、製品、サービス、従業員、求人。 I can answer a number of common interview questions in English. 面接でよく聞かれる質問に対して英語で答えることができる。 I can describe my past work experiences using the X-Y-Z formula in English. 過去の労働経験についてX-Y-Z形式を使って英語で説明することができる。 I can write a cover letter for a resume in English. 履歴書のカヴァーレターを英語で書くことができる。 I can write a thank you email to an interviewer in English. 謝辞のメールを英語で書くことができる。 この科目は文理学部のDP及びCPの2, 3, 6 に対応している。 |
| 授業の方法 | Students will complete weekly assignments linked to a series of short YouTube videos on Google Classroom that will help them enhance their job hunting skills. In addition, students will research employment opportunities at a company of their choice.
