授業テーマ	TOEIC受験対策（目標スコア：８００点）
授業のねらい・到達目標	TOEIC受験の準備としてTOEICの問題形式に慣れるとともに、語彙を増やし、文法事項をしっかり理解することで総合的な英語力を養い、スコアアップを目指すことをねらいとする。
授業の方法	問題の解説を聞くだけでなく、自分で文を作ったり、ペア練習なども行うので積極的な授業参加を望む。リスニングとリーディングのTOEIC試験はマークシート方式であり、英語を声に出すことは要求されないが、英語を声に出すことはリスニング力の向上や英語の語順に従った読解力養成などに有効なので、英語の音を出す練習にも意欲的に取り組んでほしい。
履修条件	・TOEIC800点以上あるいは800点に近いスコアを取得していないこと。・同一教員・同一時限で前期と後期を対にして履修すること。・後期のみの受講希望者も必ず「前期」の初回授業に参加し、履修の許可を得た上で、後期に履修登録をすること。前期の初回授業時に受講希望者が定員を超過した場合、人数調整をする。・学期中に必ず一度はTOEIC公開テストあるいは文理学部主催のTOEIC団体テストを受験し、結果を報告すること。
事前学修・事後学修，授業計画コメント	テキスト巻末のWord list and Quizzesを語彙の予習として各ユニットの授業の前に学習すること。

教科書	Grant Trew, Tactics for TOEIC, Oxford, 2007 前期の初回授業時に受講希望者が定員を超えた場合は、人数調整をするので、履修の許可を得るまでは教科書を購入しないで下さい。
成績評価の方法及び基準	平常点(20%)、授業内テスト(60%)、授業参画度(20%)
