授業テーマ	Writing a graduate level research essay in preparation for the Master’s thesis.
授業のねらい・到達目標	This course is designed to consolidate and enhance abilities acquired in the first semester. The ultimate objective is to write a graduate-level research essay.
授業の方法	The second semester builds on the skills studied and practiced in the first semester. While the focus is on writing essays that analyze fiction, the skills and forms are also applicable to essays in other fields. At the end of the semester, in addition to writing multiple drafts of a final research essay, students will give a presentation based on their final essay.
