授業の形態 Classes will be conducted in real-time using Zoom. Last semester, you did really well with your group presentations, so I have planned two group presentation projects for this semester. I think they are also a good opportunity for you to get to know some of your fellow classmates better. We will end the semester with a written report.

I will send class notes to Blackboard each week and will be available to contact anytime by email.

授業概要 The aim of the course is for you to build on your existing knowledge and increase your confidence so that you can express your opinions and talk about your ideas in English. The schedule may vary based on progress through the text books and student interests.
授業のねらい・到達目標 Throughout the course you should be able to increase your vocabulary, construct sentences to express your ideas, ask questions and respond to the opinions of others.

この科目は文理学部のDP及びCPの2, 3, 6 に対応している。
授業の方法 During the Fall Semester we will study three units from our textbook, Unit 4 - The Family, Unit 8 - The future and Unit 15 - Travel. In addition to the textbook, you will have the opportunity to work in groups to research and create your own presentations. You should spend 1 hour or more to complete preparation and homework on each class, this may vary from week to week depending on the task, but it is important so that our online classes can run smoothly.

Now we are getting used to working online I hope that you will feel a little more relaxed in class.
履修条件 "①英語習熟度別クラス分けテストを受け、その結果により振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。
②英語習熟度別クラス分けテスト未受験の者は、外国語教育センターで振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。振り分けられたクラス以外での履修はできません。
③「英語1」(前期)と「英語2」(後期)は同一教員による同一時限のクラスを履修すること。
④卒業に必要な外国語科目として「英語」を選択した場合、必ずこの科目を履修すること。"
